Oswald Perez shared a letter in the
Poetry group 2 months, 1 week agoUnder April Skies
Oswald PerezDear Unsealers:
It’s April 1st. That’s no joke.
A quarter of the year has come and gone. It felt like a century had gone by since the clock struck midnight on New Year’s Eve. I know, I’m being hyperbolic.
April’s a month where spring begins to settle in. Flowers begin to bloom under warmer skies. Even if the chill still lingers at times.
A month where we celebrate rebirth. Where we celebrate the earth and all its wonders.
April’s also NaPoWriMo, aka National Poetry Writing Month. A month where a new poem will be written and posted each day.
As April 1st falls on Wednesday this year, the poem this month is a haiku for hump day:

I love this poem to April, Oswald, and I love the commitment of National Poetry Writing Month for a new poem to be written every month. I didn’t do that in April, but I’m gonna try to do that in May. What a beautiful haiku that you’ve written, so simple yet so descriptive of what this month of April has meant, this year of new beginnings.

Women's Empowerment group 2 months, 1 week agoFull Moon in Libra ♎️ — April 1st The Sacred Rhythm of the Bleed Across Every Stage of Womanhood
Full Moon in Libra ♎️ — April 1st
The Sacred Rhythm of the Bleed Across Every Stage of Womanhood
Venus in Taurus • Venus Conjunct Uranus • New Moon in Aries April 17There are moments in the cosmos when the energy gently nudges us… and then there are moments when it calls us forward through truth, emotion, and undeniable awareness. The Full Moon in Libra on April 1st, arriving on April Fool’s Day, is one of those powerful turning points.
A day known for illusion meets a Moon that illuminates truth. This is the paradox.
This is the initiation.
Libra, ruled by Venus, governs love, relationships, harmony, and justice. It teaches us the sacred balance between love and law—between what we feel and what is aligned. With Venus in Taurus, her home frequency, we are brought deeply into the body—into sensation, value, worth, and the physical experience of being a woman.
Yet this is not soft, passive energy.
Venus is in conjunction with Uranus, the awakener. The disruptor. The liberator.
This combination creates a powerful wave that moves through the emotional body, the womb space, the heart, and the nervous system—especially for women moving through the different stages of the bleed: first bleed, mid-life, perimenopause, and menopause. This Full Moon is not just something you observe.
It is something you feel.
🌑 First Bleed — Emotional Awakening Begins
For those experiencing their first bleed, this Full Moon in Libra activates emotional awareness in a profound way. Libra energy heightens sensitivity to relationships—how one is seen, received, and accepted.Young women may feel:
More emotionally aware than usual
A desire to be liked or understood
Confusion around their changing body and emotional responses. With Venus in Taurus, the body becomes the teacher. The bleed is not just physical—it is energetic. It becomes the first introduction to cyclical living.
And with Uranus present, emotions may feel unpredictable—moving quickly between grounded and overwhelmed.
This is where the foundation is built: Your emotions are not random—they are rhythmic.
Libra teaches the importance of balance early on:
Learning when to say yes and when to say no
Understanding personal boundaries
Beginning to connect self-worth to internal truth, not external validation. This is the beginning of trusting the body.
🌓 Mid-Life & Perimenopause — The Great Release
This is where the Full Moon becomes deeply transformative.Women in mid-life and perimenopause are already navigating hormonal changes, identity shifts, and emotional waves. Under this Libra Full Moon, amplified by Venus and Uranus, what has been suppressed begins to rise.
This may feel like:
Emotional releases tied to past relationships
A deep questioning of life choices, roles, and purpose.
A desire to break free from patterns of over-giving.
Sudden realizations that bring both clarity and discomfort. The body speaks loudly here.
Tension in the hips…
Heaviness in the womb…
Tightness in the chest…
These are not just physical sensations—they are stored emotional energy seeking release.Venus in Taurus asks: What do you truly value now?
Uranus follows with: Then why are you still holding onto what no longer aligns?
This is the stage where many women feel called to:
Shift careers or redefine success
Reevaluate relationships
Speak truths they have silencedIt may feel chaotic—but it is sacred.
This is not your breakdown.
This is your breakthrough.🌕 Menopause — The Embodiment of Truth
For women in menopause, the Full Moon energy shifts from release to embodiment. The physical bleed may have ended, but the energetic connection to the cycle continues. This Full Moon activates a deeper layer of wisdom—one that is no longer filtered through the need for approval or external validation.
Here, the energy becomes clear:
What is aligned feels peaceful
What is not aligned feels intolerableWith Venus and Uranus, there is a final clearing of anything that still holds imbalance.
Patterns of people-pleasing, self-sacrifice, or emotional suppression rise to the surface—not to overwhelm, but to be released once and for all.
Libra teaches at this stage: Balance is no longer about maintaining harmony with others—it is about honoring your truth within yourself.
You are no longer seeking permission.
You are embodying wisdom.April Fool’s Day — The Illusion Becomes Visible
The significance of this Full Moon falling on April Fool’s Day cannot be ignored. This is a day associated with illusion, masks, and misdirection.
Yet the Full Moon reveals truth.
So the question becomes: Where have you been fooling yourself?
In relationships that no longer nourish you
In roles that no longer reflect who you are
In beliefs that no longer feel true in your body
Uranus brings sudden awareness—like a lightning bolt cutting through illusion. What once felt stable may now feel uncertain.
What once felt comfortable may now feel restrictive. This is not instability.
This is awakening.
Venus in Taurus — Returning to the Body
Venus in Taurus invites you to slow down and listen.Your body becomes your oracle.
It speaks through:
Sensation
Emotional response
Tension and release
If something feels heavy—it is misaligned. If something feels nourishing—it is meant for you.
This is where trust is rebuilt—not through logic, but through embodiment.
Preparing for the New Moon in Aries — April 17
This Full Moon is only part of the story.
What it reveals… the New Moon in Aries on April 17 will ask you to act upon.Libra brings awareness to imbalance.
Aries brings the courage to change it.Between April 1st and April 17th, you are in a powerful energetic window.
A space to:
Reflect on what is no longer aligned
Release emotional weight
Reconnect with your truth
By the time Aries arrives, you will feel a shift—a fire building within.A readiness to:
Choose yourself
Take bold action
Lead your life differently
Final MessageThis Full Moon in Libra is not here to disrupt without purpose.
It is here to restore balance—through the body, through the emotions, through every stage of the feminine journey.
From the first bleed to the wisdom years, the message is the same:
Honor what you feel.
Release what no longer aligns.
And prepare to rise into your next chapter—fully, boldly, and unapologetically.Subscribe  or  log in to reply

Katrena AdamsThey said I was too much—
too loud, too soft, too shattered,
too willing to love like it might save me.So I learned silence.
Wore it like armor.
Let it choke the parts of me
that still believed in forever.I bent—God, I bent—
under words that bruised deeper than hands ever could,
under love that came with conditions
and left with excuses. But here’s the thing no one tells you—
breaking isn’t the end.
It’s the sound of something old
losing its grip on who you’re becoming.I gathered my pieces
not gently, not gracefully—
but with blood in my mouth
and fire in my chest.I rebuilt myself
out of everything they tried to take.Stronger in the places
they swore would stay weak.Louder in the truths
I was told to swallow. And now?
I don’t ask to be understood.I don’t shrink to be chosen.
I don’t beg love to stay.
I am not the girl who survived them—
I am the woman they couldn’t destroy.Subscribe  or  log in to reply

This poem is really powerful. I absolutely love the way that you ended it in saying that you are the woman that they could not destroy. Rev. Dr. Joanne Angel BarryColon shared a letter in the
Women's Empowerment group 2 months, 2 weeks agoVirgo Moon Bleed | March 30 – March 31 While Venus Enters Taurus Aligning with Uranus First Bleed • Mid-Life • Perimenopause • Menopause
There are moments within our cycle where the body does not whisper—it speaks clearly, directly, and with purpose. A Virgo Moon Bleed is one of those moments.
Virgo is an earth sign that governs the body, the nervous system, digestion, daily routines, and the fine details of how we care for ourselves. When we bleed under this Moon, we are being invited into a deeper level of awareness—not just physically, but emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
This is not a passive experience. This is a recalibration.
Whether you are experiencing your first bleed, walking through mid-life, navigating perimenopause, or embodying the wisdom of menopause, the Virgo Moon meets you exactly where you are. It does not demand perfection—it reveals where alignment is needed.
During this time, many women notice an increase in nervous system sensitivity. You may feel more aware of your body, more reactive to stress, or more attuned to what feels off. This heightened sensitivity is not something to fix—it is something to honor.
Your body is communicating.
Virgo energy magnifies the details. It brings your attention to your habits, your patterns, your movement, your nutrition, and your internal dialogue. You begin to see clearly what is supporting your well-being and what is slowly depleting your energy.
And this is where the grounding energy of both Virgo and Taurus becomes essential.
Both are earth signs. Both bring us back into the body. Both remind us that healing does not happen in chaos—it happens in calm, gentle, intentional spaces.
Virgo grounds you through structure and awareness.
Taurus grounds you through sensation and stability.
Together, they create a powerful invitation:
Slow down. Simplify. Soften. This is especially significant for women in mid-life, perimenopause, and menopause.
As the body transitions, the nervous system becomes more responsive. Hormonal shifts influence how we process stress, how we sleep, how we digest, and how we recover. Under a Virgo Moon Bleed, these shifts become more noticeable, offering you an opportunity to adjust how you care for yourself.
And one of the most powerful ways to support this shift is through your environment.
Virgo energy calls for organization. Not perfection—but intentional order. When your space is cluttered, your nervous system feels it. When your space is clear, calm, and supportive, your body responds with ease.
This is a time to gently organize your space so your body feels safe to move.
Clear a small area.
Open a window.
Let light in.Create a space that invites you back into yourself.
Because movement during this time is not about intensity—it is about connection. With Venus in Taurus, movement becomes sensual, grounded, and nourishing. You are not pushing your body—you are partnering with it.
This is where you return to gentle, intentional movement practices:
• Dance to reconnect with your hips, your sacral energy, and your emotional flow
• Strength train to support your bones, your muscles, and your long-term stability
• Stretch or practice yoga to release stored tension and calm the nervous system
• Take a gentle walk to regulate your breath, your mind, and your energy
These are not separate practices. They are all forms of grounding.Taurus reminds you to feel your body.
Virgo reminds you to care for your body.
And when you bring those together, movement becomes medicine. At the same time, Venus is aligning with Uranus, the planet of awakening, disruption, and sudden insight.
This combination is powerful.
While Taurus seeks comfort and consistency, Uranus introduces change. It shakes up old patterns and brings awareness to where you have been operating on autopilot. You may suddenly realize that certain routines, workouts, or eating habits are no longer aligned with your body.
This is not meant to create chaos—it is meant to create clarity.
You are being asked to evolve.
During this Virgo Moon Bleed, there is a strong focus on physical wellness and fitness, but not in the way many have been conditioned to approach it.
This is not about pushing harder.
This is not about chasing perfection.
This is not about forcing your body into something it is not ready for. This is about building strength and longevity.
Strength, in this moment, is not defined by intensity. It is defined by consistency. It is defined by how well you listen to your body and respond with intention.
Longevity is created through sustainable practices—through movement that supports your joints, your bones, and your nervous system.
Through nourishment that reduces inflammation and stabilizes energy. Through rest that allows the body to repair and reset.
Virgo reminds you that the smallest adjustments create the biggest shifts.
How you organize your space.
How you nourish your body.
How you move with intention.
How you allow yourself to rest.
These are not minor details. These are the foundation of your well-being.For women experiencing their first bleed, this is an opportunity to begin with awareness—to understand that your cycle is not something to ignore, but something to honor.
For women in mid-life and perimenopause, this is a time to refine—to release what no longer works and embrace a more supportive rhythm.
For women in menopause, this is a powerful moment of embodiment—where the wisdom of the body becomes your greatest guide.
The Virgo Moon does not judge. It simply reflects.
It shows you where you are out of alignment so that you can gently guide yourself back—with calm, with care, and with compassion.
You do not have to rush.
You do not have to force.
You simply have to listen. And trust that what your body is asking for is leading you toward deeper strength, deeper balance, and a more grounded way of living.
This is not about perfection.
This is about presence.
And in that presence, you create something lasting. You create strength.
You create stability.
You create longevity.
And most importantly—you return home to your body.Subscribe  or  log in to reply

Rev. Dr. Joanne Angel BarryColon shared a letter in the
Women's Empowerment group 2 months, 2 weeks agoGemini vs Pisces — Logic vs Intuition: The Sacred Dance of Mind & Soul
There are moments in life when we find ourselves questioning…
Do I follow what makes sense, or do I trust what I feel?
This inner dialogue is not random. It is deeply connected to two powerful energetic frequencies within us all—Gemini and Pisces. These are not just zodiac signs. They are archetypes that live within your body, your thoughts, your emotions, and your spiritual awareness. They represent two very different, yet equally necessary ways of navigating life: logic and intuition.
Gemini, ruled by Mercury, is the energy of the mind. It is quick, curious, analytical, and expressive. This is the part of you that gathers information, asks questions, and seeks clarity through words. Gemini wants to understand. It processes life through conversation, observation, and mental stimulation. When Gemini energy is active within you, you may feel the urge to talk things out, write things down, or research until something makes sense.
This is your logical center—the space where you organize your thoughts and create meaning through language. Gemini teaches you how to articulate your truth, how to communicate your needs, and how to see multiple perspectives. It reminds you that knowledge is power and that clarity often begins in the mind.
Yet, there is a limitation when we remain only in this space.
Too much Gemini energy can pull you into overthinking. You may find yourself analyzing every detail, trying to make everything make sense, and in the process, disconnecting from what you actually feel. You may speak your truth, yet feel emotionally unfulfilled. This is where Pisces enters.
Pisces, ruled by Neptune, is the energy of the soul. It is intuitive, emotional, spiritual, and deeply connected to the unseen. While Gemini seeks answers through logic, Pisces receives answers through feeling. It does not need proof. It simply knows.
Pisces is the whisper within you that says, “Trust this.”
Even when there are no words to explain why.
This energy moves through your emotional body and your energetic field. It is connected to your dreams, your creativity, your compassion, and your spiritual awareness. Pisces allows you to feel beyond the surface, to sense the energy in a room, to connect deeply with others, and to access wisdom that cannot be taught—only experienced.
However, just like Gemini, Pisces has its own shadow. When you live too deeply in Pisces energy without grounding, you may become overwhelmed by emotion. You may avoid reality, struggle with boundaries, or find it difficult to put your feelings into words. You may sense everything, yet feel lost in how to navigate it in the physical world.
This is why understanding the relationship between Gemini and Pisces is so important.
They are not opposites meant to pull you apart. They are partners designed to bring you into alignment.
Gemini gathers the information.
Pisces gives it meaning.
Gemini speaks the words.
Pisces fills those words with emotion and truth.
Gemini understands the external world.
Pisces understands the internal world. When these two energies are balanced within you, something powerful happens. You begin to operate from a place of integrated wisdom. You are no longer choosing between logic and intuition—you are allowing them to work together.
You can feel something deeply (Pisces), and then communicate it clearly (Gemini).
You can receive intuitive guidance (Pisces), and then take practical steps to act on it (Gemini).
You can think with clarity, while still honoring the emotional and spiritual truth within you.
This balance becomes especially important during transitions in life—moments of change,
uncertainty, or growth. Whether you are navigating relationships, career shifts, health decisions, or spiritual awakening, you will be called to use both energies. There will be times when logic will guide you—helping you make structured decisions, ask the right questions, and communicate effectively. And there will be times when logic simply will not have the answer. In those moments, your intuition becomes your compass.
The key is not to silence one in favor of the other.
The key is to listen… deeply.Ask yourself:
What do I think about this? (Gemini)
What do I feel about this? (Pisces)
And then allow both answers to coexist.
Because truth is not one-dimensional. It is layered. It is both intellectual and emotional, both practical and spiritual. As women, especially as we move through mid-life, perimenopause, and menopause, this balance becomes even more sacred. The mind begins to quiet, and the intuitive body begins to speak louder. What once made sense may no longer feel aligned. What cannot be explained may suddenly feel undeniable.
This is not confusion.
This is awakening.
Gemini helps you give voice to your evolution.
Pisces helps you trust it.
Together, they guide you back to yourself.
So the next time you find yourself standing at the crossroads of logic and intuition, remember this: you are not meant to choose one path over the other. You are meant to walk with both.
Think clearly.
Feel deeply.
Speak truthfully.
Trust fully.
This is the sacred dance of Gemini and Pisces.
This is where your power lives.Subscribe  or  log in to reply

Rev. Dr. Joanne Angel BarryColon shared a letter in the
Women's Empowerment group 2 months, 2 weeks agoBrain Fog Is Not Aging — It Is a Sacred Recalibration
For many years, what we call “brain fog” has been placed under the umbrella of aging. It is often labeled as forgetfulness, lack of focus, or mental decline—something we are told to expect as we move into mid-life and beyond. Yet from a wholistic and metaphysical perspective, this interpretation only tells a small part of the story.
Brain fog is not the mind breaking down.It is the mind, body, and spirit recalibrating.
There comes a moment in a woman’s journey—especially during mid-life, perimenopause, and menopause—when the way she has been operating no longer aligns with who she is becoming. The constant doing, overthinking, planning, and pushing begins to soften. The body, in its infinite wisdom, initiates a pause. This pause often shows up as brain fog.
Not as a weakness, but as a sacred interruption.Your body is not forgetting how to function. It is asking you to slow down long enough to integrate what your soul already knows.
When we look deeper, we begin to understand that the brain is not working alone. It is connected to the nervous system, the endocrine system, and energetically, to the third eye and crown chakra. These centers are responsible for intuition, inner vision, and higher awareness.
As these energy centers begin to activate or expand, the mind can no longer rely solely on logic. The old way of processing—linear, analytical, structured—begins to shift. In its place, a new way of knowing emerges. One that is quieter, deeper, and more intuitive.
This transition can feel unfamiliar.
You may walk into a room and forget why you are there. You may lose track of conversations.
You may find it harder to focus on tasks that once felt effortless. But what if this is not dysfunction?
What if this is evolution?
During perimenopause and menopause, the body is undergoing more than hormonal changes. It is redistributing energy. The life force that was once directed toward reproduction begins to rise upward. This upward movement activates higher centers of awareness, inviting you to shift from external validation to internal guidance.
In many ancient traditions, this stage of life was honored as a time of becoming the Wise Woman—the Crone—not in age, but in wisdom. A woman who no longer needs to prove, perform, or push. A woman who leads from knowing rather than thinking.
Brain fog can be part of this initiation.
It slows the mind so you can hear what has been drowned out by noise.
And in today’s world, there is no shortage of noise.
We are constantly surrounded by stimulation—technology, information, notifications, conversations, expectations. The nervous system is rarely given the opportunity to rest. Add to this the invisible impact of electromagnetic frequencies and collective emotional energy, and the mind can become overwhelmed.
Brain fog, in this sense, becomes a protective response.
It is your system saying,
“This is too much. I need stillness.”There is also an emotional layer to consider. Many women carry years—sometimes decades—of unprocessed experiences. Responsibilities, roles, expectations, grief, and silent burdens accumulate within the body. This emotional weight does not disappear. It settles into the tissues, the nervous system, and yes, even the mind.
When the time comes for release, it may not always show up as tears. It can show up as fog.
A heaviness.
A lack of clarity.
A sense of disconnection. This is not something to fix.
It is something to listen to.
Instead of asking, “What is wrong with me?”
Ask, “What is ready to be released?”
Instead of forcing clarity, allow space.
Because clarity does not come from pushing harder.
It comes from creating room for truth to rise.
This is where the shift happens—from doing to being.
Brain fog invites you to step out of the constant need to figure everything out and into a deeper state of trust. Trust in your body. Trust in your rhythm. Trust in your inner wisdom.
It asks you to honor rest without guilt.
To create moments of stillness without distraction.
To reconnect with your breath, your body, and your intuition.
When you begin to meet brain fog with curiosity instead of fear, something powerful happens. The fog begins to lift—not because you forced it away,
but because you aligned with what it was trying to show you.You begin to remember in a different way.
Not through the mind, but through the body.
Not through effort, but through awareness.
So no, brain fog is not a sign of aging.
It is a sign that you are being called into a new way of living—one that is more aligned, more intuitive, and more deeply connected to who you truly are.
It is the space between who you were and who you are becoming.
And within that space, there is profound wisdom waiting to be remembered.
When you honor the pause, you activate the power.
When you trust the process, you embody the transformation.
And when you stop seeing brain fog as a problem, you begin to recognize it for what it truly is—
A sacred doorway into your next level of awareness.Subscribe  or  log in to reply

Dejanay Taylor shared a letter in the

NayYou know you’re okay right ?
I know that deeply rooted mental sh-t really do weigh
But, HEY! Look, at least you made it through today, and
I know you’re wondering when someone will notice, but
Know this ! They do, but nobody wants to see you doing
Better than they do. They will ignore that new hue,
Glowing so vibrant with success. Yeah, nobody likes it,
When they’re not the best, so chin up! Poke out ya chest
Cuz you took everything in stride, you deserve that,
Feeing of pride! And your smile is nothing to hide.
Beautiful, gorgeous, even on the inside,
With the natural power to light up a darkroom babygirl,
You shine! Keep on with your quest cuz, looking back
You made it thru quite a mess. Don’t forget the times,
You were’nt at your best, and people kicked you
While you was down, as if you could feel like any less.
Don’t forget the time when matter took over your mind
In the form of stress, and you felt like like,
Life wasn’t worth trying to pass this test, yea, girl,
Don’t you forget. And don’t ever regret none of
The past thus far, a lifelong series of unfortunate events,
That’s what made you who you are!
Remember being weak, cuz that’s what keeps you strong.
Remember being hungry, that way you’ll never starve.
Remember needing help, so you appreciate, finally,
Being independent, make your own money
Just so you can spend it. Create your own rules,
Just so you can bend ’em.
Remember your struggle,
Remember when no one loved you, and it seemed like,
The whole entire world was miles above you.
Remember the bottom, and pulling yourself up,
Past what you thought was the top.
Look at yourself and say, “Im proud to be me”.
And you mean it, cuz if you don’t believe it,
All you will be limited to is dreaming and,
Whats a dream worth dreaming,
If its not intended to become reality, man actually,
You stopped saying and started doing, and what do you know!
The whole world started moving and pushing you thru it.
No more frowns, or you’ll tilt your crown.
Show no fear, cuz a miserable person just wants
Someone to feel how they feel, so you become the,
Stepping stone for the next person to reach your cloud.
Keep your head all the way up
Smile and laugh out loud, cuz at the end of everyday,
You get to say, “You made you proud”.
Be a voice to your own crowd.Subscribe  or  log in to reply

Rev. Dr. Joanne Angel BarryColon shared a letter in the
Women's Empowerment group 2 months, 2 weeks agoLeo Moon Bleed March 28 – 30 During Aries Season & the Final Days of Venus in Aries
There are moments in our cycle that do more than ask us to rest—they ask us to rise. A Leo Moon Bleed is one of those moments.
When the Moon moves through Leo, it activates the energy of the Sun—the center of our being, our life force, our identity, and our truth. Leo is not quiet energy. It is expressive, radiant, bold, and heart-centered. So when your body chooses this time to bleed—whether it is your first bleed, a mid-life bleed, perimenopause, or menopause—it is not by accident. It is a sacred alignment calling you back to yourself.
Bleeding under a Leo Moon is not about shrinking or hiding. It is about being seen, even in your most vulnerable state. It is about honoring your emotional body while also reclaiming your power. Your bleed becomes a portal—not just of release, but of remembrance.
Now layer this with Aries Season.
Aries is the beginning of the zodiac. It is the initiator, the warrior, the spark of life itself. Aries does not wait for permission. It moves. It acts. It claims. During Aries Season, we are all being called to step forward into a new version of ourselves. There is a fire within us that is ready to ignite, ready to take action, ready to lead.So what happens when your bleed aligns with both Leo Moon and Aries energy?
You are being asked to release the past version of yourself that has been dimming your light.
You are being called to let go of the stories that have kept you small, quiet, or unseen.
You are being guided to reclaim your voice.
And as Venus completes her journey through Aries, there is an additional layer of completion.Venus governs love, self-worth, relationships, beauty, and how we receive. In Aries, Venus has been teaching us independence, courage in love, and the importance of choosing ourselves without hesitation.
These final days of Venus in Aries are powerful. They bring awareness to where you may have overgiven, where you may have silenced your needs, or where you have been afraid to stand fully in your desires. Your bleed becomes the sacred space where you can release those patterns.
This is especially profound for women in mid-life, perimenopause, and menopause.
In perimenopause, your cycle becomes less predictable, yet more spiritually charged. Each bleed carries deeper emotional and energetic messages. Your body is no longer just cycling—it is awakening. You may feel heightened emotions during a Leo Moon bleed—waves of frustration, sadness, or even a strong desire to be acknowledged. This is not imbalance. This is awareness. Leo rules the heart, and your emotional body is asking to be heard.
In menopause, even without a physical bleed, this energy is still present. The body may no longer release through blood, but it releases through emotion, intuition, and energetic shifts. The Leo Moon activates the heart chakra, inviting you to express what has been held inside for years—sometimes decades.
This is where your power lives.
Whether you are bleeding physically or energetically, this is a time to reconnect with your inner fire.Ask yourself: Where have I been dimming my light? Where have I been seeking approval instead of honoring my truth? Where am I ready to be seen?
Leo energy does not ask for perfection. It asks for authenticity. It asks you to show up as you are—raw, real, and radiant.
This is also a deeply creative time. Leo rules creativity, expression, and passion. During your bleed, ideas may come through more clearly. Insights may rise from within. This is because when the body releases, it creates space. And in that space, your truth can emerge.
You may feel called to write, speak, move your body, or simply sit in stillness and listen. All of this is sacred. All of this is part of your process.
There is also a strong connection to the inner child during a Leo Moon. Leo carries the energy of play, joy, and innocence. During your bleed, you may find memories surfacing—moments where you were told to be quiet, to be less, to not take up space.
This is your opportunity to heal that.
To remind yourself that your voice matters.
That your presence matters.
That your energy matters.
And that your cycle—whether it is active or no longer physical—is a guide, not a burden. The combination of Leo Moon, Aries Season, and Venus in Aries creates a powerful energetic gateway. It is a moment of both release and rebirth. A moment to close one chapter and step into another with courage, clarity, and confidence.
So instead of resisting your bleed, lean into it.
Honor it.Create space for it.
Allow yourself to feel without judgment.
And most importantly, allow yourself to be seen—by yourself first.
Because when you see yourself fully, you no longer seek validation outside of you.
You become your own source.
You become your own light.
And from that place, you don’t just exist—you radiate.

roses shared a letter in the
Poetry group 2 months, 2 weeks agoHer Lips pt 2
RosesI lean into us like
Can I serenade you with this poem
Let the words massage your tension
Your skin is as soft as the pink in the sunset
My lips feel like the sunrise to your closed eyes
Lean back so our kiss can be the friction between end and beginning
Right where the sun smiles so hard the moon says goodnight
This poem begins
I lean in and forget what day it is
Your kiss argues back
All you need to focus on is me
Yes those lips taste just like coffee
Now I don’t mind the stains
Wait just a little longer before you let go
Wait I still don’t know
What day it is
That’s when I noticed
Her lips hugged a little harder on Wednesdays
Just enough to get me over the hump
Because after a long day
I just want to lean into you
Now the brush of her touch is jogging my memory
Got me sprinting to Thursday
Where your sugar is the only cane I’ll ever need when we’re old
To be honest ain’t nothing more sexy than seeing
Those greys coming in
Friday is a French that reminds me how
Your lips feel like the weekend even on weekdays
Got me weak in places, and that’s the least I’ll say
Fridays your besos imprint the same as the 1st date
It was just a peck on the cheek, but felt like an AED
Shocked my abc all the way to Z
Shocked how your lips and arms hug the same
The myth tells us
Lightning doesn’t strike the same place twice
But every time we kiss my heart thunders
If Lightning doesn’t strike the same place twice
How are will still kissing I wonder
If forever sees us and gets jealous
I love to wander in the foot prints of your lips
p.s. I’m never lost when I wander with you…Subscribe  or  log in to reply

Shay Vogler shared a letter in the
Poetry group 2 months, 2 weeks agoRiggs, Our Little North Star
Shay VoglerI wrote this poem yesterday after an old grade school friend’s youngest child has just been told “there are no more options. Take him home.” He’s 3, almost 4, and has been battling Rhabdomyosarcoma for 2 years. I sent this to my friend with her permission and I wanted to share it with you. Please pray for this little one and his family. Childhood cancer sucks!
For Riggs: Our Little North Star
To the bravest heart in the smallest frame,
There is such a power in your name.Three years of wonder, three years of light,
You’ve taught us all how to stand and fight. But now the tall mountains can wait for a while,
We’re here for your stories, your hugs, and your smile.Back to the hallway, the toys, and the bed,
With soft pillows waiting to rest your sweet head.No more bright lights or the hum of the halls,
Just the love that is lived within these four walls.Where the days are for cuddles and favorite things,
And the quiet comfort that being home brings. So we’ll wrap you in blankets and hold you so tight,
Our little North Star, so steady and bright. For every moment, for all that you do,
Riggs, there is no one as mighty as you.The bravest journeys don’t always end in a win,
Sometimes they end right back where they begin. To the blankets, the stories, the songs, and the play,
To the love that will hold you through every day. You’ve fought like a giant, you’ve stood like a king,
Now just be our Riggs—and the joy that you bring.Subscribe  or  log in to reply

Rev. Dr. Joanne Angel BarryColon shared a letter in the
Women's Empowerment group 2 months, 2 weeks agoCancer ♋️ Moon Bleed (March 25 – 27): A Sacred Return to the Womb of Wisdom
There are moments in time when the body speaks louder than the mind… when the emotional tides rise not to overwhelm us, but to guide us back home. The Cancer Moon bleed between March 25th and March 27th is one of those sacred windows.
Cancer, ruled by the Moon, governs the womb space, our emotions, our memories, and the unseen threads that connect us to our lineage. When the Moon moves through Cancer during a bleed, it opens a portal—not just physically, but emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. This is where the feminine remembers.
At the same time, we are moving through Aries ♈️ Season—a fire-driven force of initiation, action, and forward movement. The Sun, Venus, Neptune, Saturn, and Chiron are all clustered in Aries, creating a powerful energetic push to begin again, to step forward, to claim a new identity. Yet, while Aries calls us to rise, Cancer calls us to feel.
This is the sacred balance between fire and water. Between doing and being. Between becoming and remembering.
With Jupiter traveling through Cancer during this time, everything becomes magnified. Jupiter expands whatever it touches, and in Cancer, it expands our emotional awareness, our intuitive connection, and our need for safety and nourishment. You may feel more sensitive, more reflective, and more aware of what no longer feels aligned. This is not weakness. This is wisdom rising.
A Cancer Moon bleed is not just a physical experience—it is a sacred release. It is the body’s way of clearing emotional residue, ancestral imprints, and energetic weight that has been carried, often unconsciously. This is especially powerful for women in mid-life and perimenopause, where the body is already undergoing a deep recalibration.
If you are experiencing your first bleed, this energy invites you to honor your body as sacred, to understand that your cycle is not something to hide, but something to listen to. The Moon becomes your teacher, showing you how your emotions move, how your energy shifts, and how your body communicates.
If you are in your mid-life bleed or perimenopausal phase, this Cancer Moon may feel deeper, more intense, and more revealing.
Emotions that have been suppressed may rise to the surface. Memories may return. You may feel a stronger pull inward, a desire to rest, to reflect, to withdraw from the external world. This is not a time to push through—it is a time to honor the internal shift that is taking place.
The body is no longer asking for permission. It is asking to be heard.
And for those who are counting down the days to their final bleed, understand that this is not an ending—it is an initiation into the Crone Archetype, the wise woman who carries deep knowing, intuitive power, and spiritual authority.
The physical bleed may come to a close, but the connection to the Moon, to the cycles, and to your inner wisdom becomes even stronger.
The Cancer Moon supports this transition by guiding you back into your emotional truth. It asks you to nurture yourself in ways you may not have allowed before. It asks you to create safety within your own body, rather than seeking it externally.
This is where healing begins.
During this time, you may notice a heightened connection to your inner child. Cancer energy often brings forward the parts of us that long to be seen, held, and nurtured. Old emotional patterns may surface—not to disrupt you, but to be released. The bleed becomes a cleansing, a purification of what you are ready to let go of.
This is also a powerful time for ancestral healing.
The womb holds not only your experiences, but the experiences of those who came before you.
Under a Cancer Moon, you may feel connected to your mother, your grandmother, and the lineage of women whose stories live within you. As you release, you are not only healing yourself—you are shifting the energy for generations.
The key during this Cancer Moon bleed is to slow down.
Create space for stillness.
Allow your emotions to move without judgment.
Honor what your body is asking for. This is not a time for force—it is a time for flow.
Nourish yourself with warm foods, gentle movement, and quiet reflection. Spend time near water if possible, as it amplifies the healing nature of Cancer energy. Journal your emotions, sit in meditation, or simply place your hands over your womb and breathe. There is wisdom here. There is guidance here.
As Aries continues to ignite new beginnings, Cancer reminds you that every new beginning must be rooted in emotional truth. You cannot build something new while ignoring what still needs to be released.
This is the gift of the Cancer Moon bleed.
It clears the path.
It softens the heart.
It reconnects you to your inner knowing. So whether you are just beginning your journey, moving through mid-life, navigating perimenopause, or stepping into the sacred threshold of the Crone, know this:
Your body is not working against you.
It is working for you.
Every emotion, every sensation, every release is part of your evolution. And during this Cancer Moon, you are being called not to resist the process… but to trust it.
Because what you are releasing now is not just leaving your body—it is making space for the woman you are becoming.Subscribe  or  log in to reply

Marli shared a letter in the
Mental Health group 2 months, 2 weeks agoThis version of me...
MarliThis version of me:
The words don’t just cut—
They slide, like butter on a blade… too easy
Like my skin was made for it…The knife doesn’t hesitate…
It knows me, maps me, carves through me like it’s been here before…
And it has…It leaves another scar,
not loud, not bleeding out in the open.No— the kind that sinks in;
Quiet and deep,
Where no one ever asks to look. This version…
This is the one I bury and hide. The one I suffocate under smiles…
Smiles, that ache at the corners;
under silence stretched too thin.
Pulled tight over the words “I’m fine”.
I lie I’ve swallowed too many times—Because it is….
Because no one likes this version of me…Not the shaking one…
Not the too-much one…
Not the one that needs…
The one that breaks and begs for someone to see me…My face drops—
not shocked; not even hurt anymore.
It’s just… worn and water down.It’s like something that’s been hit over;
and over;
and over; until it stopped reacting….Tired….that even the one
who swore—
“I’ll love every version of you”
Couldn’t hold this versions one me for long,
without letting go…So I do it alone.
I hold her little broken soul…
Even when she feels like dead weight;
dragging behind my ribsBroken;
Beaten;
Bruised in places hands never touched.I carry damage;
that doesn’t show up in mirrors.I’ve been dismantled;
piece by piece…
Like someone taking apart something they never planned to fix.No one heard it…
Not the cracks…
Not the quiet breaking me from
inside—
My emotions aren’t just waving a white flag. They’re thrashing it,
Torn
Dirty
Desperate…The plea of “please”…
“Please we are so tired.
We can’t survive another war.
We can’t keep bleeding like this and pretending it’s nothing wrong.”But on the outside—
I stand…
Stitched together;
tight enough not to fall apart in public…
Yet, convincing enough to be left alone. An unshakeable performance I’ve perfected.
Because the truth is—
I’m hollow-boned, fragile in a way no one respects.
Because I don’t look like it.One wrong wind.
One wrong tone.
One more “You’re too much”
and i won’t just bend—
I will snap.I’ve lit S.O.S. fires;
over and over and over
small ones,
controlled ones,
Hoping someone would notice
the smoke-
the signal-
the girl inside—-
pounding on the walls of her own chest.
But the flames never get big enough.
Or maybe I never mattered enough;
to stop and look…My eyes—
they’re starting to betray me.Hollow & loud in ways my mouth refuses to be.
This smile—
this broken, practiced thing—
it only stretches so far;
before it cracks.“Help me,” I say…
But it comes out like a ghost –
like something already gone.
A little too quiet,
And a little too late…Maybe that’s the problem?
No one goes to war for someone already halfway buried…
I know that.
The shift, the distance, the way people look through me;
instead of at me.,
I’m easier to ignore—
than to understand.“It be like that sometimes,” they text.
And for a second;
my chest forgets how to breathe.
On the other side of that screen,
Yet again unseen..Something in me
starts to scream—“Not again.”
I can’t survive another war….
I don’t think I have another “almost” in me…If you enjoyed this story, check out my book Million Promises here.
She ran to survive. He stayed to protect. Neither expected to find forever in the fire. Carli Caldwell has spent years learning how to disappear—escaping an abusive marriage, hiding her pain, and building a new life for her children out of fragments and fear. Robert Ramos shared a letter in the
Mental Health group 2 months, 2 weeks agoHalloween 1999
Robert Ramos1999 Halloween
Halloween is the day of celebrating the dead. Halloween is traditionally a holiday of costumes, decorative candy, and door-to-door knocking. There have been many movies and stories told about Halloween myths and more. Even born dun witches are born. Into the religion due to being born on Halloween. That’s just one way of being a witch; I will only talk about this one out of many with those blood-born witches.
I want to think that my life is like a movie, a director-scripted with bright lights, cameras, and actors. My life is just one big show. I created a saying. (I’d rather show than boast)
What I am about to share with you is a true tale, very legendary in fact. Just think of it as I’m the main attraction, which makes me the star. As a matter of fact, a real star is shining bright like white light.
Until one Halloween night in 1999, I’m going to uncover the truth about my experiences at 18 years old. These stories may not make sence to you as you read, you may not think it’s true but it is my reality. I’m sure not a slave to any one opinion. But before you judge after reading these stories. Take a few days to think about it. Remember I’m here with you, I wouldn’t leave you. Like how they left me here in this story to die.
This was experienced in the year of 1999 Halloween night, October 31. Traditionally, I would be dressing up in costumes and door-to-door knocking for candy. Or simply activities along those lines. In the comfort of my home, decorating carving jackal lanterns, goblins, and ghosts, preparing for the door, knocking on candy seekers, and costume-making people. 🍭
So, everybody has a path and a walk of life we choose, but some of us are meant for specific life paths. Whether you recognize it or not, we all have the gift of a spirit guide. All our lives are made up of one type of spirit, from one or two places, or even more different species. When it comes down to the end, we all have a particular species inside of us that we are unaware of, which is why we are not the same. I have a rebirth of a true salamander, with magical elements from fire.
Whether good or bad. This is a gentle, positive spirit, a higher force of love for us that guides us in life and helps us figure out what path to take. I look at these parts of life as chapters in our lives. Well, this new chapter opened at a very young age as, at 18 years old, my spirit guide guided me into captivity for many reasons. I don’t mean to mimic or bring up biblical speaking or writings. I like to keep it original. But biblically speaking, the disciples were in captivity when they wrote many great prophets. I’ll look at it like that may have been a reason or two reasons to accept the Stonewall life for a small portion of my life to do time. There is nothing better to do than meditate and figure out life. As my wheels turn, my bones learn.
I was in captivity behind a stonewall. I have already started to have grand dreams of my shining stars. I call this next gift (wishing the nest); as I was in a deep sleep, I began to shine the light from a star in my dreams. That would help me sleep so delightfully. I was asleep so pleasantly, but during a dream, I was interrupted by an intuitive nest with eggs inside. As my star got brighter, I began to see the color of my light turn pink light burning in the cosmos from falling stars blazing fire shooting across the sky. I saw an egg hatch, and behold, a python was born into the starlight just like I was born into the light. And out came the baby python that appeared in my starlight dream. Within the armor of light, I only then realized that I had been incubated with a serpent. I saw this hooded black image and it was holding a little black book in its hand. It looked as if it were the reaper but different.
It may be hard to understand or realize what I’m trying to say, but I’m doing it to the best of my abilities so true believers can understand what occurred. No, there wasn’t any witch that turned a man into a snake never. Possible, but what type of witch does harm to other planetarian souls? This proves that there are actual salamander entities and winged spirits like black angels and snake charming creations other than what we know of this earth as we know it.
Now, I will get into the suffering where the real magic begins. I was in solitude, behind the Stonewall. When my power is in the armor of the beautiful light of my clone. Switching and weird things started to happen, and they began to mutate due to wishing for the nest when the Python’s egg hatched together with a star. I felt as if I had been incubated. I started to see horrifying images. I can remember being tormented by the hollering screams when a Medusa-type image opened a door in my brain with various snakes tormenting me. But even worse, a python, a full-body python like a human, grew within me and tormented me. The physical pain was unbearable. It was growning continuously and so rapidly. I was trapped and covered by what I call a 40 blanket. Crying, my dear eyes out, the most horrifying thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. During that time, my armor of light, the vivid colors hid the window of my stonewall Pink rose water mirror-tinted window. That was protecting me from the serpent from hurting me any further. The rosewater shone on my life and protected my soul from being lost, broken, or damaged beyond measure. This is a short story about a terrifying moment in my life. I was isolated and alone, when it was growing in me a snake grew in me a 6-foot-7-inch Python and no one would believe me. Only I witnessed such a horrifying thing. Like a mummy, a true reptilian embedded himself in the stone walls as it left my body in the hole behind a stone wall where a prison cell was held. I was feeling it during it. I did sleep all night. Until a few days have passed.
So we all have some type of Species in us.
This is the truth of how a Real reptilian was born. All these stories about Reptilians are not true trust the greatest. The divine king that exults a true legendary story to enlighten the believer.
True story
My mental is hurt and my physical is feeling my mantle between the devil’s crown that the newly born creation I’m weary of lifelong suffering. But I’m here, living breathing, eating, writing in the most prominent aspect of my life. I will not give up!

There is a lot of powerful and dream like symbolism with the snakes and the pythons and the egg that hatched in your experience, and then the overtaking of your person by this energy. Rev. Dr. Joanne Angel BarryColon shared a letter in the
Mental Health group 2 months, 2 weeks agoDementia - Transitioning Between Worlds
The metaphysical meaning of dementia invites us to look beyond the physical symptoms and explore what may be happening on an emotional, energetic, and spiritual level.
While dementia has very real neurological and medical components, the metaphysical perspective does not replace medical understanding—it offers another layer of awareness.
In the spiritual and energetic realm, dementia is often connected to withdrawal from the external world and a return inward.
The Soul’s Retreat
Metaphysically, dementia can symbolize a gradual detachment from the physical reality. The soul may be loosening its connection to the structured, linear world—time, memory, identity—and moving into a more fluid, non-linear state of consciousness. This can be seen as:
A transition from mind (logic) to spirit (essence)
A release of the ego’s identity (“Who I was,” “What I did”)
A soft return to a more childlike, pure state of being
In many ways, it mirrors the beginning of life—just in reverse.Emotional & Mental Patterns
From a metaphysical lens, dementia has been associated with:
A desire to escape reality
Deep feelings of overwhelm, loss, or unresolved grief
Long-held rigid thinking patterns or control that the soul is now releasing
Suppressed memories or experiences the psyche no longer wishes to hold onto. The mind, in this sense, may be saying: “I can no longer carry this the way I once did.”
The Heart & Memory Connection
Memory is not just mental—it is deeply emotional. Dementia may reflect:
A protective mechanism to soften painful memories.A release of emotional burdens stored over a lifetime.
A shift away from attachment to past roles, identities, and expectations.
It can be the body and soul working together to unwind layers of lived experience.
Spiritual Transition & Preparation
In some spiritual traditions, dementia is viewed as part of the soul’s preparation for transition (not always immediate, but gradual). The veil between worlds may feel thinner, and individuals may:
Speak to loved ones who have passed.Drift between timelines or realities.
Experience heightened intuitive or spiritual states.
This is not confusion from the soul’s perspective—it may be expanded awareness.
A Compassionate Reframe
Rather than seeing dementia only as “loss,” the metaphysical perspective gently asks:
What is being released? What is the soul no longer needing to hold onto?
How can we meet this person with presence instead of correction?
The greatest medicine here is not memory—it is:
Love
Patience
Presence
Touch
EnergyDementia is not just the mind forgetting. It is the soul remembering something deeper.
It is a sacred unraveling of identity, a soft dissolving of the structures that once defined a lifetime. While the world may see confusion, the soul may be moving into a space of freedom—releasing what no longer needs to be carried.
And in that space, what matters most is not what is remembered.
…but how deeply one is still loved and held. When we speak about shifting between timelines, especially in the context of dementia or altered states of awareness, we are entering a deeply spiritual conversation about consciousness moving beyond the limitations of the physical world.
Let’s explore this in a grounded yet expanded way—honoring both the metaphysical insight and the sacredness of the transition process.
Understanding the 4th and 5th Dimensions
In spiritual teachings:
3rd Dimension (3D) → Physical reality, structure, identity, time as linear4th Dimension (4D) → The bridge between worlds—memory, emotion, time distortion, dream states
5th Dimension (5D) → Unity consciousness, timelessness, unconditional love, soul awareness
Dementia, from a metaphysical lens, can reflect a loosening from 3D reality and a gradual movement into 4D and even glimpses of 5D awareness.
The 4th Dimension: Where Timelines Blur
The 4th dimension is often experienced as:
Non-linear time (past, present, future happening at once)
Heightened emotional and memory-based awareness
Dreamlike or symbolic perception of reality
This is why someone may:
Speak as if they are in a different decade.Recognize people from the past but not the present.
Move between moments as if they are all happening “now”
From a 3D perspective, this looks like confusion.
From a 4D perspective, they are no longer anchored to linear time.
They are accessing multiple timelines simultaneously.
In this space, memory is not chronological—it is energetic.
The 5th Dimension: The Soul’s Home Frequency.
As consciousness expands further, there can be moments of 5D awareness:
Deep peace or detachment from worldly concerns.Recognition of loved ones who have crossed over.
A sense of “knowing” beyond logic.
Radiating presence without needing words.
5D is not about memory—it is about essence.
Here, identity softens:
No longer “I am this person with this past”
But “I am a soul having an experience”This is where unconditional love becomes the dominant frequency.
Timeline Shifting as Preparation
From this lens, “timeline shifting” is not random—it can be seen as preparation. The soul is:
Releasing attachment to one fixed identity.Practicing existing beyond linear time.
Reconnecting with other layers of existence.
It’s almost like the soul is saying:
“I am remembering how to move between worlds.”Before fully transitioning out of the body, consciousness may:
Drift between past experiencesVisit emotional imprints that still carry energy
Reconnect with souls and memories that shaped this lifetime
Not to get lost… but to complete and release.
The Veil Becomes Thinner
As one moves between 4D and 5D awareness:
The boundary between physical and non-physical softens.Communication with the unseen may increase.
The person may appear to “leave and return” energetically.
This is often when people say: “They’re not fully here anymore.”
And in truth… they may not be.
Part of their consciousness is already expanding beyond the body.
Supporting Someone in This Space instead of trying to pull them back into 3D reality, the deeper invitation is to meet them where they are:
Enter their timeline rather than correcting it.Speak with calm, grounding energy.
Use touch, music, and presence more than logic.
Hold space without needing to “fix” because in that moment, connection is not about facts—it is about frequency.
Final Transmission
What we call “timeline shifting” is not the mind breaking
it is the soul expanding. The movement between the 4th and 5th dimension is a sacred rehearsal— a gentle remembering that time is not real, identity is not fixed, and love is the only thread that carries forward.
As the physical body begins to slow, the soul begins to awaken to its freedom.
Not lost.
Not gone. But in between world – preparing to return home.

This is a very beautiful perspective on dementia. I also believe this very deeply. This was hard for me to read as my mom, I believe, was going through dementia and her last progressive stages of MS before she died. I deeply appreciate this analysis and it helps me to better understand potentially what she was going through, which I deeply believe…read more

Rev. Dr. Joanne Angel BarryColon shared a letter in the
Women's Empowerment group 2 months, 3 weeks agoThe Bleed Under a Gemini Moon with Aries Fire Activation
There are moments when the body speaks in a language that goes far beyond what the mind can explain. A bleed during a Gemini Moon, while the Sun, Venus, Neptune, Saturn, and Chiron are all traveling through Aries, is one of those moments.
This is not just a cycle. This is a conversation. A release. A realignment.
Gemini is air. It governs the mind, communication, the nervous system, and the stories we tell ourselves. When the Moon is in Gemini, emotions don’t just sit in the body — they move through thought. You may feel more aware, more alert, even restless. The mind is active. The energy is circulating.
But when the bleed begins under this Moon, the body is not asking you to think more.
It is asking you to listen differently. Now layer in Aries.
Aries is fire. It is initiation. Identity. Action. It is the energy that says, “This is who I am,” without apology. With the Sun in Aries, there is a spotlight on self. A call to step forward and be seen. Venus in Aries shifts how you love and value yourself — no longer from compromise, but from self-honoring. Neptune in Aries dissolves the illusions you have carried about who you thought you needed to be. Saturn in Aries says, “Now live as who you say you are.” And Chiron in Aries brings forward the deep wounds around identity, worth, and the right to take up space. So when you are bleeding under this combination, your body is not just releasing physically.
It is releasing identity.
It is clearing out old versions of self that can no longer travel with you.And this is where the Gemini Moon becomes important.
Because while Aries is activating, Gemini is helping you become aware of what is shifting. The thoughts that arise during this bleed are not random. They are revealing the internal dialogue that has been shaping your reality.
This is where you begin to ask yourself: What have I been telling myself about who I am? And is that still true?
Now let’s go deeper.
Because this energy speaks very differently depending on where you are in your cycle of life as a woman. The First Bleed — Awakening the Voice and Identity
If this energy is connected to a first bleed, this is powerful. The first bleed is not just a biological milestone. It is an energetic initiation into womanhood. When it happens under a Gemini Moon with strong Aries influence, there is a very clear imprint being formed.
This is a woman who is here to use her voice.
Gemini activates communication, curiosity, and expression. Aries activates independence, courage, and self-definition. Together, this creates an energetic blueprint where the young woman is learning early that her voice matters and that she is meant to stand in her identity.
But here is the deeper layer.
If the environment around her does not support her voice, she may begin to question herself.Gemini can create overthinking. Aries can create frustration when expression is blocked. This is where the wound can begin — not because of the energy, but because of how it is received.
This is why guidance, conversation, and emotional safety are so important during the first bleed. This is not a time to silence or dismiss. This is a time to affirm:
Your voice matters.
Your body is sacred.
Who you are is already enough.Because what is imprinted here will shape how she expresses herself for years to come.
Perimenopause — Rewriting the Identity and Reclaiming the Voice
Now, let’s move to perimenopause.
This is where this energy becomes deeply transformational.Perimenopause is not just a hormonal shift. It is an identity shift. It is the unraveling of roles, expectations, and versions of self that were built over decades. When a bleed happens under a Gemini Moon with Aries activation during this phase, the body is doing something very specific.
It is asking you to rewrite your story.Gemini brings awareness to the mental patterns — the beliefs, the internal dialogue, the narratives you have carried about who you are supposed to be. Aries brings the courage to change it.
You may find that during this bleed, old thoughts resurface: Who am I without these roles? Why have I stayed silent in certain areas? Where have I abandoned myself?
This is not regression.
This is revelation.
The body is releasing not just hormones, but history. Old identities. Old agreements. Old ways of thinking that no longer align with who you are becoming. And here is the truth about perimenopause that is often not spoken.
This is the phase where a woman is meant to come back to herself.
Not the version of herself that was shaped by expectation, but the version that is rooted in truth.
Gemini helps you see the patterns. Aries helps you break them.
The Nervous System, the Mind, and the Body Connection
With Gemini ruling the nervous system and Aries activating the body, there can be a heightened sense of internal movement during this bleed. You may feel:
• mentally overstimulated
• emotionally aware but not overwhelmed
• a pull between rest and action
• vivid thoughts, memories, or realizations
This is not imbalance.
This is integration.
The mind is processing. The body is releasing. The spirit is recalibrating. This is why it is so important not to override this moment.
Aries will try to push you forward. Gemini will keep the mind active.
But the bleed is asking you to pause.
To sit with what is coming up. To observe without judgment. To allow the release to happen fully. This Bleed is a Reset
Aries is the beginning of the zodiac. It represents new cycles, new identity, new direction. To bleed while so many planets are in Aries is symbolic of clearing space for a new version of self to emerge.
And Gemini ensures that this transformation is conscious.
You are not just changing.
You are understanding why you are changing. This is where true alignment happens.
So during this time, support your body and your voice.Journal what comes up — not to analyze, but to release. Speak what you have been holding back — even if only to yourself. Create space for stillness so your nervous system can settle.
And most importantly, honor what your body is doing.
Because this bleed is not just physical.
It is sacred communication.
A clearing. A remembering. A becoming.
And if you listen closely, you will hear exactly who you are now ready to be.

This is a beautifully profound interpretation. You’ve eloquently captured the sacred dialogue between the cosmos and the body’s innate wisdom. Framing this experience as a conscious release of old identities and a powerful reclaiming of self is deeply inspiring. It’s a wonderful reminder to honor these moments not just as a cycle, but as a s…read more

this is a very interesting analysis of the mix between Aries and Gemini. I can definitely feel what you’ve shared as Gemini is a very cerebral sign mixed with Aries, which is very much about momentum and movement forward. I love the guidance of pausing in this energy because I feel like this is the energy that could keep us moving without fully…read more

I absolutely love the visual of a garden of second chances and what that would look like and feel like. It seems like such a tender imagination, especially this line about kissing upon their damaged faces and that the fields are open with love and beauty and courage. Solitude is such a beautiful addition to the Garden of Second Chances because in…read more
