You're so beautiful
Thank you for showing up here
Thank you for the laughter, pain, frustration, love, and joy that formed every tear
Thank you for continuing to fight when you really wanted to give up wallowing in fear
Thank you for releasing the trauma
Thank you for no longer ruminating in your own drama
Thank you for the courage you stand every time you write and speak
Thank you not abandoning me in the valley and carrying me to the peak
Thank you for allowing ease, nurture and care for your entire being
Thank you trusting your partner instead of fleeing
Look at that you’re thriving and married now
When years ago you didn’t think you were worthy of a vow
But you trusted in divinity when you couldn’t see where, what or how
I admire how brave and resilient you are
The power in your creativity makes you a star
Even through years of feeling invisible, unworthy while isolating in shame
You learned through your own healing that you gain nothing when you blame
So cheers to living in your truth, slightly chaotic and delightfully untamedVoting is closed

Presence
“Sometimes, true sophistication Is the ability to just be present and to let the rest just be.” Brianna Wiest
When I let things just be, I can invite more of what I was too distracted to see
Leaving behind the subconscious habit to judge and criticize
Letting the silent stillness of love and creativity to magnetize
Allowing wisdom and peace to be the filters I use to prioritize
I come out of my disguise
No longer letting compulsive thoughts rise
The emotions flow like breeze through the trees
And when I’m really present, I can hear the buzz of the bees
Because nature is always whispering and inviting ease
This is the time to just listen and receive
To gaze and retrieve
Letting self-evaluation and correction seizeVoting is closed

Tiffany, we should all try to be more present in our lives and focus on living instead of simply going through the motions. If I don’t watch myself, I end up on autopilot. There is very little joy to be had in that, so I am inspired by your words. Thank you for sharing your wisdom!

Unveiled
Be yourself entirely and unapologetically
Be love purely and magnetically
Be wisdom openly and prophetically
You will detour as you explore to become more
You will rise as you begin to amplify your core
You will experience moments to recover and restore
Redefine what you value and believe to be true
Stand in love and harmony to be the most authentic you
Don’t allow shame to hold you captive
Negatively evaluating yourself is maladaptive
Your purpose is deeply rooted within
Release the fears that make you pretend that you don’t have what it takes to win
The world awaits your creativity so PLEASE beginVoting is closed

Tiffany, I adore this poem!! There is no point in spending our time trying to be like everyone else. We are on this planet to make our history, not to replicate others. This is great advice and SO many people need to hear this. Thank you so much for sharing this with the Unsealed community. ♥♥

Marmalade
I close my eyes and remember all the things I loved about this chocolate little girl
The way she fearlessly belted every note, snapping her fingers in the mirror as she’d twirl
The rhythm would flow through her like a river reminding her to remain steady in the stream
This was a time when she believed in herself so much, she envisioned living her wildest dreams
I loved how she approached life with a carefree giggly attitude
How she’d sang every melody with courage, power, and gratitude
She’d stand in the mirror using the remote as her microphone
She felt unstoppable hopping on the bed to use as her stage, completely in her zone
I loved how she’d create beauty so unashamed of her art
How she carried infinite joy and resilience in her heart
I remember when she made a song about marmalade
And it was high key catchy even though her little brother threw shade
I loved to ride the waves of her imagination as she’d create without guilt or shame
She had this tenacious audacity that reminded others her fire could never be contained
She’d clothe herself in ambition and determination to speak
Especially when her mom crafted her outfits so classy, elegant, and chic
As I heal and return to embracing all those things I loved about the younger you
I release every limiting belief that convinced you your dreams wouldn’t come true
Your ancestors are guiding, protecting, and propelling you forward, right on queue
Whispering, “Rise up queen, this reflection of love is your breakthrough!”

Tiffany, I love the passion and hear that you put into this piece! Little you would be so proud of who she has become and how kind and wise you are today. She would be so happy to know that she looked back on herself and realized how great of a kid she was and how her actions back then still have an effect on her today. The line I identified with most was–“what it is that we want vs what we do and say” It made me really think about how our childhood behaviors and patterns shape how we articulate and advocate for ourselves as adults. In my journey of healing writing and reading has been a great tool for reflection. So thank you for this wonderful piece Petra!

This line was my favorite! Take everything for what it is but never identify with any of it because these are all just growing pains my love. It reminded me of the Four Agreements-Don’t take anything personally. Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece

Hi Emily! Thank you for your wonderful words of encouragement. I struggled for so long trying to find my own peace not realizing I was the architect. I am so grateful for the ability to articulate and express myself from a place of safety. May all the peace you envision immerse your being with ease, joy and enlightenment.

Write A Poem About Where And When You Feel Most At Peace 1 years ago
Peace Within
After many years of people pleasing for acceptance and validation, peace and ease is my daily meditation.
Peace is choosing to honor what I need before I give, remembering I must nourish me first to truly live.
Peace is identifying what is actually true in my web of negative thoughts, it’s clinging to the miracles for which my ancestors fought.
Peace finds me when I shed every ounce of shame, because it finds no purpose in highlighting who’s to blame.
Peace is trekking through the unknown with fear in your heart, it’s giving me grace and strength not to fall apart.
Peace greets me when I’m lacking confidence, whispering I am the epitome of love and abundance.
Peace healed the emptiness I desperately wanted to escape, it gave me the wisdom, vision, and direction to create.
Peace tore through the labels society convinced me to wear, clothing me in freedom and clarity to become more aware.
Peace is the awareness extending a love invitation to my inner child, all she ever really wants is to be seen and heard as she navigates in the wild.
Peace is finding connection in the midst of rejection and finally understanding those conflicts were for my protection.
Peace is realizing that those challenging moments I experienced in obscurity really opened me up to overcoming deep insecurity.
Peace is embracing the depth of my sovereignty, knowing I’m an instrument for infinite novelty.
Peace is watching the sunset pause for me to absorb its energy as the majestic unveils a higher frequency.
Peace is knowing I’m loved and supported, no longer entertaining thoughts my critic would have successfully thwarted.
Peace feels like silence in nature, like a cool breeze after a storm, I observe how the trees refuse to conform.
Peace is the stillness that invites me to nurture my entire being, as I discover access to this level of consciousness is also freeing.
Kisses on my forehead after a long trying day, carefully crafted words of affirmation my loved one might say.
A gentle sense of surrender for the calamity in my mind, I have access to the unlimited tranquility of the divine
Watching the intrusive thoughts dissolve as I continue to evolve, knowing the shadow work I’m doing is destined for resolve.
Wounds losing their sensitivity, I’m released from the battlefield of captivity, it’s my time and I am ready to welcome serenity.

Tiffany, There is so much wisdom is this piece. This line hit me hard, “Peace is choosing to honor what I need before I give, remembering I must nourish me first to truly live.'” It is so true. We all need to honor our own peace and needs before we give or do for others. Thank you for sharing and for being part of The Unsealed community. <3 Lauren

Write a letter or poem to your younger self about why he or she shouldn’t worry about the future 1 years ago
I need you to Love you
Dear Younger Self,
I need you not to worry about what everyone else thinks. The way you see yourself and feel inside is more important than the opinions, approval, or validation of other people. Accept what is true to you. Through multiple generations, your ancestors have carried the collective intelligence through your DNA to propel, guide and protect you. You were born with divine wisdom, talent, and gifts specific and unique for your evolution and prosperity. As you learn, discover, and cultivate your skills, be kind to yourself. Be patient with your mistakes and shortcomings, you can try as many times as you need to. Your faults don’t make you unworthy of love or acceptance, in fact nothing does.
I need you not to worry about how many friends you have and how many people like you. Be yourself and your people will find you. Don’t sacrifice your safety or values for being accepted by others. Betraying yourself will create self-doubt and a lack of confidence in what you are doing and how you are making decisions. When your needs and expectations change, don’t be afraid to let go of what doesn’t fit to keep growing and maturing. Keep being the best friend you need even if you don’t have one. Don’t withhold your joy and compassion, none of it is ever wasted. Even the people who reject you are more than likely looking for the same acceptance love and community.
I need you to not worry about failing. Your comfort zone will never invite the unknown because familiarity is the default. Research, rehearse, refine, and redo as many times as you need to. If you haven’t tried the scenario you thought of, how do you know if it works? Just because it doesn’t exist doesn’t mean you can’t be the first to create it—you were birthed from infinite possibility. When you don’t get it right, you are still learning and growing forward. You aren’t a fraud, you aren’t the labels, and you aren’t the pain.
I need you not to worry about pleasing other people. You have so much to offer and it is not centered on performance. Credentials and accolades don’t define impact or your ability to connect. However, love, trust and forgiveness does. Don’t lose yourself worrying about winning acceptance and recognition. Even if no one takes the time to honor you, honor yourself by being and doing your best.
I need you to not worry that you will be single forever. You are beautiful, you are wise, you are intelligent, you are capable and love will find you in all forms as you surrender to it. Spend your singlehood doing the things you love. You were made to commune and connect. Whatever you are looking for in a partner will be reflected when you are already doing and being what you are looking for. You are not alone, even if it feels like it.
I need you not to worry about time. Be present in what is happening right now. A better future starts with what you are doing right now. Take your time with everything you are doing because you are worth every moment. People will try to teach you how to prioritize and maximize it but this is your individual journey, you make the rules.
I need you to not worry about what other people have that you don’t. Comparing yourself to others will almost always make you feel a insecure or inadequacy. If there is something you desire, ask yourself what part of you wants it and it’s bigger purpose or meaning for you. This will help you decide if it is for you.
I need you to not worry about knowing exactly what you want to do or study. You will find what works for you doesn’t let you go-it will stick to your mind and heart like glue- all the puzzle pieces will make sense over time. When people try to convince you to do things that sound good, think about how it might make you feel or if you even like it. You don’t have to have all the answers, just pursue what resonates with you.
I just need you to be your full beautiful, brilliant, magnificent and courageous self.Love you deep.
