We ALL have a place and purpose right where we are.

I am born.
I have been gifted a life.
I am a gift in this life.
I am a good human being.
I am born of joy and wonder.
I am creative and passionate.
I am here to connect & learn from myself and others.
I am unconditional love.

I have been thrown into challenges and experiences that I did welcome.
I have been thrown challenges and experiences that I did not welcome.
I welcomed experiences that questioned my word.
I turned me against me.
I inadvertently destroyed my self worth.

My word is my truth.
My truth met illusion.
Illusion met confusion.
I self-analyzed incessantly.
I self-criticized incessantly.
I self-denied.
I lingered in this space to study & feel this hurt and ceaseless pain.
I longed to understand its source.

I did not fail.
I failed to acknowledge “my introspection is my healing”.
My experiences cannot be compared to any other.
My walk of life is my own.
I must learn to walk ‘this’ life in my own integrity.
I must choose to accept my choices; in negligence or with intention.
I must choose to release what does not serve me.
I must choose to welcome new perspectives that bring me joy.
I will choose new opportunities to grow.
I choose to be.

I choose to live.
I choose to forgive.
I choose to be forgiven.
I choose to love.
I choose to be love.
I choose to be loved.
I choose life to have meaning.
I choose to be at peace.
I choose to be of service.
I choose to be acceptant of abundance.
I choose to be acceptant of what may feel like losses.
I choose to process grief.
I choose to celebrate every little moment.
I choose to rediscover what I truly offer.
I choose to recover my worth.
My worth is WORTH this work.

I choose to be present.

I value God’s design in me.
I trust in His Creative Force to carry me through.
I allow the path to be predictably unpredictable.
I grant me the power & permission to always return to my purity of heart.

I choose truth.
I choose to believe in what I know of my truth.

I have done the work.
I still do the work.
I know the possible.
I see the potential.
I am open to care.
I am willing to share.
I am ready to guide and support.

When will we, as a human collective, accept the willingness to go within & meet the freedom in our own resistance; if only to rediscover a light to reignite in the hidden parts of ourselves?

I commend you in your decision to do the work.
You will feel alive in your new-found creative power.
