From what I see, nobody wants to be lonely.

It’s as if we all want to connect to a different story.

One day, let’s say you find a person.
Their story captures your every notion.

Will you be prepared to add those pages?

Even if you can’t erase them later?

Connection is a commitment after all.

There’s no known length to how long it can go.

But I don’t think it is something scary.

The fact that we met was already crazy.

How new people can forge strong bonds.

Regardless of the labels that we put on.

I’m glad I got to feature you a ton.

I know I’ll be sad once one of us is gone.

After all, those moments shared could be our last chapter.

I’d just look back and remember you after.

    • Funny you put a rainbow as your picture. My partner is saved as “my rainbow” in my phone. Connection and love is so powerful. And you are right connection is a commitment. This is beautiful and thoughtful. Thank you for sharing and thank you for being part of The Unsealed family. <3 Lauren

  • Perfect days my way

There was never a perfect day for me.
Sure some where good or great. But I can’t even imagine the perfect date.

All the great days I ever had were so different. Sometimes even looking back on them makes me sad. Like times had with previous partners or friends.

I’ve come to realize even those days end. So did the connections. Yet I’m still glad that they happened.

Without them I wouldn’t be who I am today. Sure these imperfections don’t make things great, but there were lessons learned along the way.

I think that is the important takeaway. To appreciate the time that you have. Making the most of each day. Even doing nothing has its grace.

    • Dominic, your reflection on imperfect days and the lessons learned is truly inspiring. Cherish the connections and memories, for they shape who you are. Appreciate each day, even in its simplicity. Keep embracing the grace in doing nothing.
