Self love
is giving yourself
all the things you think
you don’t deserve.

Before you can love anybody
You must first love yourself.
You must not get too close
to narcissism and/or vanity.
When you fall, you will lift
yourself.

With the strength of long
gone ancestors, strong
mental health.
You do not need anyone else
to experience love.

Once you have planted, cultivated
the seed within, understanding
that you are your best friend,
your best lover – you’ll be able
to give unconditional love to others.
