After coming home from Afghanistan, former Marine, Allen Levi Simmons, struggled with anxiety and depression. However, he will share with us Thursdays (8/19) at 8:00pm how he learned to manage his trauma. Allen returned to school and got a degree in electrical engineering technology. He currently works for IBM and is a motivation speaker.
