I appreciate your kind words. I enjoyed the journey in writing about my anxiety. Every day I grow comfortable with expressing my mental health and having time to reflect on how much trauma I suppressed as a child transformed into the personal demons of adulthood. The little butterflies are now an overactive flurry of emotions but emotions are energy in motion so if I can’t stop it, I’ll harness it.
