This is such a powerful letter about grief. Grief has been my best friend since 2014 and has become a bigger monster last year! Grief comes in various forms of faces whether it is sadness, or anger. There are times grief disables our minds our bodies and our voices. I try to run away from it but I am learning to face the fear and battle of grief.
