Thank you for every step you’ve put in when the clouds of your mind were grey & your heart so heavy you felt you could no longer stay.

Marikkia, I love how you are certain that, even on the darkest days, the sun will shine again. I think that we all experience doubt when we are going through bad times, but looking toward the future is the best way to combat those thoughts.
