My greatest achievement is my experiences that are used as examples to help inspire someone else. As someone who has battled with childhood trauma and Depression, Anxiety and Bipolar 1 disorder my words are seasoned with love, hope and empowerment as a meal to feed others peace, inspirations and hope.
