Briar, I FELT those first lines! Some days, I feel like everything is working against me. You are so right that life doesn’t get easier, we just learn to cope better! I need to remember that on the days that truly suck. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Being normal is overrated.
No one who has made it was normal, they go through strange life experiences or would have something strange about them, while everyone who is normal would sit on the sideline wishing they could be that person.
I never want to be normal either, it slowly suffocates the soul as we chip off pieces of ourselves to fit in.
Like you, I have lost myself as well. Luckily, our souls cannot abide by that as we are destined for greater things.
Keep on being weird! I love your style, it inspires me to be more myself.

“Life doesn’t get easier,
you learn to cope better!”That is great advice! We only get stronger as we face each adversity. I love the message you chose to share to the world, it’s something we could all use a reminder of from time to time.
